For many of us, training isn’t just about getting in shape—it’s how we fight through life’s challenges. Relationships, finances, careers, health—life throws obstacles our way, but we refuse to be broken. Instead, we step into the gym, onto the track, or into our training space and turn struggle into strength. Every rep, every mile, every drop of sweat is proof that we can take on anything.
The ox is our symbol of grit and resilience. One of the hardest-working animals in the world, it shoulders heavy burdens, pushes through exhausting days, and rises to do it all over again. Like the ox, we embrace the grind. We know that pain, struggle, and effort forge the strongest versions of ourselves. We don’t quit. We don’t break. We get stronger.
